Call for Nominations: Atelier Student Representative

team.
Below you can find a description about what Atelier does:Atelier,
the French word that in the Beaux-Arts tradition refers to an
architect’s studio, is also the name of the Student Government at the
BAC. Atelier is directed and funded by the students. All full-time
degree students are members.
Atelier’s purposes are to:
-expand students’ educational possibilities through student-initiated activities;
-advocate the needs and interests of students to the administration of the school;
-participate in the articulation and development of the BAC’s goals;
-provide social activities for students;
-assist
students in achieving their professional goals and in becoming
accomplished and involved members of the design community.
Activities: Atelier
organizes student-initiated activities and social events. The annual
student fee funds these projects. Students are also represented on
various committees throughout the BAC.
Participation: Atelier
meetings are held regularly and are open to all students. These
meetings provide an opportunity for students to discuss relevant issues.
Decisions are made by consensus of those in attendance.

Midnite Munchies and Extended Building Hours
Friday October 15 from 6-7:30 pm
Saturday October 16 from 6-7:30 pm
Sunday October 17 from 6-7:30 pm
Midterms
are almost here. The BAC is extending the building hours on October
15-17, open til midnight! To support this and to help you get through
the midterms Atelier is going to provide snacks to give you some energy.
Please join us, we will also be happy to answer any questions or listen to your concerns at that time.
